Senior Backend Engineer/ Tech Lead
As an experienced professional with 6 - 9 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of Backend Engineers at Investwell, a leader in Enterprise Software for Financial Planners in India. Our innovative Product suites are utilized by Financial Advisors to manage investors" investments, conduct a high volume of transactions daily, and ensure the achievement of their financial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include leading the team of Backend Engineers, implementing RESTful services and Dynamic Web development using cutting-edge technologies, ensuring sub-second server response, implementing various data-stores such as relational, document, key, object, or graph as required, setting up Index stores, implementing Messaging Queues, managing Cloud infrastructure, and presenting tech designs. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5+ years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, Javascript, and System Design Architecture, with a solid understanding of MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. You should also have expertise in Database and System Design, hold a B.Tech degree in Computer Science or possess equivalent professional experience, and have DevOps knowledge as an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and algorithm skills are essential for success in this role.
