Senior Backend Engineer/ Tech Lead

As an experienced professional with 6 - 9 years of relevant experience, you will be joining Investwell, a leading Enterprise Software provider for Financial Planners in India. Your role at Investwell will involve: - Leading a team of Backend Engineers to ensure efficient project delivery. - Implementing RESTful services and Dynamic Web development using cutting-edge technologies. - Ensuring sub-second server response time for optimal user experience. - Implementing various data-stores such as relational, document, key, object, or graph databases as required. - Setting up and managing messaging queues for seamless communication. - Running and maintaining Cloud infrastructure to support business operations. - Presenting technical designs for review and feedback. To excel in this role, you are expected to have: - At least 5+ years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, and Javascript, with a strong foundation in System Design Architecture and complex problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. - Expertise in Database and System Design principles. - A B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. - Knowledge of DevOps practices would be advantageous. - Strong problem-solving and algorithmic skills.
