RequiredQualifications Experience
Essential: \- Bachelor\Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate. \- MBA in Marketing\/Real Estate Management from a reputed institution. \- 20\25 years of total experience, with minimum 7+ years in a senior salesleadership role in real estate (residential\ / commercial\ / plots). Desirable: \- Certification in Digital Sales, Real Estate Laws (RERA), or StrategicMarketing. \- Exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
