We’re Hiring: AVP Sales (FMCG / Consumer Goods)

Candidates with more than 9 years of experience will not be considered.

AVP Sales

What you’ll do:

• Manage and lead sales teams across multiple territories
• Drive distributor appointments & direct distribution expansion
• Deliver strong revenue growth through strategic planning & execution
• Strengthen retail presence through market penetration initiatives
• Execute product launches, trade marketing, and customer engagement programs

What we’re looking for:

5-9 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods Sales

Strong expertise in distributor management, GT channels & B2C sales

Proven track record of driving growth and handling large territories

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills

Proficiency in data-driven decision making (Excel, Power BI, Tableau a plus)
