Role: Symphony Delivery Lead Location: New Delhi (preferred) / Mumbai WHAT WILL YOU DO We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead with deep expertise in the insurance domain to drive the design and delivery of Symphony —Insurance AI platform for Health and Life Insurers. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design process for Symphony implementations, from understanding client challenges and gathering requirements to solution mapping, platform configuration, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will provide inputs to the Symphony design team based on the requirements and feedback from the clients.. In this role, you would: Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges. Conduct a brainstorming session to gather in-depth requirements. Document business requirements with clarity and precision, ensuring alignment with project goals. Analyze the requirements to identify gaps, feasibility, and potential risks. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Identify and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution. Establish project governance, processes, and best practices to streamline execution. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and operations teams, to ensure smooth implementation. Track progress against project plans and ensure that deadlines and quality benchmarks are met. Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Work closely with engineering, design, and business leadership to define the product vision and strategy for developing the RIA Symphony platform into a world-class technology platform. REQUIREMENT Must-Have : 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementations in the insurance domain. Proven ability to lead end-to-end software implementations, ideally with similar platforms. Extensive Knowledge of health Insurance Processes Expert in business and systems requirements, user acceptance testing, process improvement, and end-user training Experience in understanding customer use-cases, and advising customers on how we can adapt our product platform with customizations to deliver a solution meeting their needs Requirement gathering, elicitation, and excellent knowledge of writing BRD, PRD, FDD, wireframe, etc. Knowledge of various work benches like underwriting, claims, operations, sales, reinsurance, and their respective process Documenting/ Handling all the technology-related items for the business users Hands-on knowledge of Digital Business, Tablets, Web Application/ UI Design Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
