Key Responsibilities
- Identify Business Impact Areas: Strategically identify significant opportunities for business improvement, providing thought leadership to guide customer transformation efforts.
- Lead Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute transformation roadmaps in alignment with client priorities to deliver maximum value.
- Program Management: Lead and ensure effective delivery of digital transformation initiatives by collaborating with global, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Continuously assess existing processes and provide fresh perspectives that deliver substantial value to clients.
- Culture of Innovation: Drive innovation and operational modernization within client organizations.
- Business Process Management: Lead and implement Business Process Management (BPM) systems for transitions and process optimization.
- Training and Certification: Lead Lean Digital Transformation training, testing, certification initiatives, and other productivity and analytics programs.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor Black Belts and Business Analysts to enhance their expertise and drive transformation initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Thought Leadership & Risk-Taking: Demonstrate innovative thinking and the ability to challenge conventional approaches to business problems.
- Quantitative & Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to conceptualize complex problems and devise data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with senior stakeholders (COOs, CFOs, CIOs) and diverse teams.
- Leadership: Facilitative leadership style with a focus on mentoring, coaching, and influencing others to drive change.
- Continuous Improvement Expertise: Proven track record in driving improvements using Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and advanced digital solutions like Automation, AI/ML, and GenAI.
- F&A Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in Finance & Accounting domains such as Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), and Record to Report (RTR) is advantageous.
- Process Measurement Systems: Experience setting up real-time monitoring frameworks using advanced visualization and data analytics tools.
- Data Proficiency: Experience with statistical tools and methods, including control charts, hypothesis testing, and descriptive statistics.
Qualifications
- Minimum: MBA / Masters in Finance or related disciplines.
- Preferred: Certifications such as Certified Project Manager, Black Belt, RPA/Digital, Design Thinking.
