Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Colleague Services, your role will involve managing workplace services and driving technological innovation to enhance the employee experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing employee experience strategies through surveys and engagement initiatives to boost engagement, satisfaction, and retention. - Implementing initiatives to enhance colleague experience, productivity, well-being, engagement, and workplace utilization supported by technology solutions. - Identifying innovative workplace tools to drive continuous improvement, productivity, and collaboration, and overseeing the implementation process. - Maintaining business intelligence data including workforce analytics, industry benchmarking, performance metrics, employee satisfaction, and space utilization to provide recommendations for enhancement. In addition to the specific responsibilities, you are expected to: - Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and ensure operational effectiveness by collaborating with other functions and business divisions. - Lead a team in performing complex tasks, setting objectives, coaching employees, and appraising performance. - Demonstrate leadership behaviors such as listening, inspiring, aligning across the enterprise, and developing others. - Engage in complex analysis of data from various sources to creatively and effectively solve problems. - Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). - At least 8 years of progressively responsible roles in facility management, preferably in corporate real estate or commercial property management. - Deep technical knowledge of Facilities Management and comprehensive knowledge of the industry and services. - Proven experience in customer focus and exceptional CRM skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers. Location for this position is in Chennai.
