Job Description

A high-impact business development and strategy role with a leading institutional player in the Indian real estate space. The role focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage a robust business development pipeline aligned with annual plans.
Negotiate and finalize commercial tie-ups and strategic partnerships with developers and real estate stakeholders.
Act as a corporate relationship manager, representing the organization across B2B engagements.
Foster strong relationships with financial institutions, NBFCs, real estate associations (CREDAI, MCHI), and trade influencers.
Represent the organization in real estate seminars, expos, and forums.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Education:

Postgraduate from a top-tier institute (IIMA, IIMB, IIMC, IIML, ISB).
Minimum 85% marks in both 10th and 12th.

Experience:

7-8 years in real estate funding, corporate finance, land evaluation, or with IPCs.

Skills:

Strong grasp of financial statements and the ability to build project-level financial models.
Proficient in data analysis and deriving business insights.
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Behavioral Attributes:

High integrity and strong moral compass.
Comfortable handling complex challenges and ambiguity.
Adaptable, self-driven, and collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills.
