We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Automobile Engineer with expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) design and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new EV models, upgrading existing designs, and ensuring cost-effectiveness in the manufacturing process without compromising on performance or quality. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable mobility and contributing to the transition toward greener, more efficient transportation.
Educational Background:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, or related field.
· Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Electric Vehicle Technology, or a relevant area (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience in designing and
developing Electric Vehicles (EVs) or hybrid vehicles.
· Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
· Familiarity with electric propulsion
systems, battery technologies, charging
systems, and related EV components.
· Experience with finite element analysis
(FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to optimize designs.
· Knowledge of battery management systems
(BMS) and motor controllers.
· Experience in vehicle performance simulations, testing, and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Development:
o Develop new, high-performance Electric Vehicle (EV) models that align with industry standards and customer needs.
o Conceptualize, design, and prototype vehicle structures, electrical systems, and battery management systems.
o Utilize CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
Cost Optimization:
· Analyze existing vehicle designs and manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Collaborate with procurement, production, and material teams to source affordable, high-quality materials and components.
· Optimize vehicle designs for mass production to reduce manufacturing costs while maintaining high performance and safety standards.
· Upgrades
& Innovation:
· Continuously analyze market trends and technological advancements to propose and implement upgrades for existing EV models.
· Explore new technologies such as battery advancements, regenerative braking systems, and lightweight materials to improve vehicle performance and cost-efficiency.
· Collaboration:
· Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality control to ensure design specifications are met.
