Job Title: Automobile Engineer – Heavy Earthmoving Machinery (Maintenance & Repair)

Location: Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh

Salary: Upto ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automobile Engineer with expertise in maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of heavy earthmoving machinery, particularly dumpers and excavators. The role involves ensuring minimal downtime, maximizing machine performance, and supporting safe operations on mining or construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of dump trucks, excavators, and other heavy equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heavy vehicles and machinery.
• Execute maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and improve efficiency.
• Maintain detailed service records, inspection reports, and breakdown logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for fuel efficiency and durability.
• Provide technical training and support to operators.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with dumpers, excavators, and heavy earthmoving machinery (mining industry preferred).
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of breakdowns.
• Familiarity with leading equipment brands.
• Strong communication, reporting, and vendor coordination skills.
