Position Title : Customer Service Executive Department : Customer Success Work type : Hybrid Reporting To : CMO About the Role We’re seeking a Customer Service Executive to engage with leads, qualify, nurture and support their handover to operations team. A great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced auto-tech startup. Key Responsibilities Initiate timely and professional outreach to leads via call, WhatsApp, and email. Explain Zekardo’s inspection services, respond to customer queries, to help with their decision-making via consistent messaging. Ensure follow-ups and nurture potential customers through successful handover to operations team. Assess lead interest and eligibility using predefined qualification criteria. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications & Skills Graduated in any discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or telemarketing, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering excellent customer experiences. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English and Hindi. Empathetic and proactive, with a customer-first mindset that builds trust and drives high-quality conversions. Comfortable with phone-based communication, MS Excel and using digital tools like CRM platforms is a plus. Interest in automotive services or startups is a plus.
