Job Summary:

Automation Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement

  automation scripts, tools, and frameworks

  for internal processes and applications.
• Build and manage

  automated test frameworks

  to ensure platform quality and reliability.
• Automate

  CI/CD pipelines

  to streamline software deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering teams to

  integrate automation into development workflows

  .
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize

  existing automation systems

  for performance and reliability.
• Identify and troubleshoot

  bottlenecks and automation failures

  .
• Document automation processes and create

  clear, scalable SOPs

  for teams.
• Stay updated with the

  latest tools, frameworks, and best practices

  in automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers (0-1 Year):

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Python, Java, or JavaScript

  for scripting.
• Basic understanding of

  automation tools

  such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Eagerness to learn and apply automation techniques in real-world environments.

For Mid-Level (2-5 Years):

• Hands-on experience with

  test automation frameworks

  (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or Robot Framework).
• Proficiency in

  API and database testing automation

  .
• Experience with

  Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based automation tools

  .
• Strong understanding of

  CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and integrations

  .
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

For Senior-Level (5+ Years):

• Expertise in

  enterprise-level automation architecture and framework design

  .
• Deep understanding of

  infrastructure automation

  using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proven ability to lead

  large-scale automation initiatives

  across multiple environments.
• Strong skills in

  process optimization and automation strategy planning

  .
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide automation teams.

Salary Range:
