Responsibilities

● Design, build, and deploy workflow automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, or custom scripts.

● Customize and extend Frappe/ERPNext modules (CRM, HRMS, Support, etc.).

● Develop and maintain SaaS dashboards and client-facing tools (basic React/JS work).

● Build and integrate AI-powered solutions (LLM bots, RAG pipelines, LangChain).

● Containerize and deploy services using Docker/Kubernetes/Traefik on cloud/VPS environments.

● Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into automation solutions.

● Maintain documentation, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.

Requirements

● Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (backend + some frontend).

● Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Integromat, etc.).

● Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Frappe/ERPNext a big plus).

● Basic knowledge of React for UI tweaks.

● Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes/Traefik is a bonus).

● Exposure to LLM-based workflows (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG pipelines).

● Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and database integration.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience with Python scripting for automation.

● Prior work on AI chatbots or support systems.

● Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, etc.).

● Previous freelance/startup experience or entrepreneurial mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
