Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Australian Bookkeeper located in Ahmedabad. The Australian Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards. Day-to-day tasks include processing invoices, handling payroll, and providing accurate financial reports to support business decisions. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with Australian tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bookkeeping tasks such as account reconciliation, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with payroll processing, invoice management, and tax compliance, particularly with Australian taxation standards.
• Competence in using accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strict focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a capability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Australian tax laws, GST regulations, and compliance requirements is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
