Open Positions: Bookkeeper (Full-time) & Senior Bookkeeper (Part-time)

About Us

We are a growing outsourcing firm providing Accounting services and direct staff to Australian firms, expanding rapidly. We are looking for a professional who can contribute towards providing services to our clients based in Australia.

Role And Responsibilities – Bookkeeper

Role 1

- We are currently hiring a

Bookkeeper

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with

Xero

and preferably exposure to the

Australian construction industry

. Knowledge of

Cheops ERP software

will be highly regarded. This role will require working the Australian shift hours, preferably 5 AM to 2 pm from our Noida Office. Cab service can be provided to the right candidate.

Role 2

- We also need a Senior bookkeeper with

4-6 years of Australian Bookkeeping experience

. We are looking for someone to work on a part-time basis, so we can accommodate the WFH option as well. If suitable, you can commence at 4/5 am or 7 am for a 4-hour shift, Mon to Fri. Strong experience in Xero is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
  • Ensuring accuracy of transactions across the supplier’s ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
  • Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS).
  • Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and generating reports.

Candidate Qualifications – Bookkeeper

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience using Xero (Australian experience preferred).
  • Experience within the Australian construction industry highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Cheops (ERP software) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Required Skills

  • Solid understanding of basic and advanced bookkeeping principles.
  • Experience calculating, posting, and managing accounting figures and financial records.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel spreadsheets, Xero software, and ideally Cheops ERP.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
