HR Manager

to lead and strengthen our people operations.

Role Overview

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior

Australian HR experience

foreign HR experience (particularly India)

are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian workplace regulations.
Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage performance reviews, training & development, and succession planning.
Provide HR support to management and employees across all departments.
Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR management experience, with exposure to Australian or international HR practices.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt HR strategies to suit multicultural and dynamic work environments.
Previous experience working in India and/or Australia is a strong advantage.
