Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day administrative operations related to B2B activities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow of B2B processes.
• Prepare and maintain B2B documentation including agreements, invoices, reports, and operational records.
• Monitor order processing, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups with clients and warehouse teams.
• Handle vendor communication, negotiations, and documentation required for B2B transactions.
• Assist in tracking performance metrics, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SLAs, and B2B operational guidelines.
• Address client queries, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skill Set:
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good understanding of B2B operations, documentation, and workflow management.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
