Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and review audit work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
  • Analyze financial data, assess risks, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)
  • Develop and improve audit processes and reporting frameworks
  • Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to resolve audit issues
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior auditors
  • Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and tax laws

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified CA, CMA , 2+ years Articleship experience
  • Minimum 2 years of audit experience with leadership exposure
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance, ITR filing, GST, TDS, ROC
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and audit/financial analysis tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
