Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and review audit work to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery
Analyze financial data, assess risks, and provide strategic recommendations
Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.)
Develop and improve audit processes and reporting frameworks
Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to resolve audit issues
Mentor and support the growth of junior auditors
Stay updated with changes in auditing standards and tax laws

Qualifications & Skills:

Qualified CA, CMA , 2+ years Articleship experience
Minimum 2 years of audit experience with leadership exposure
Strong knowledge of financial compliance, ITR filing, GST, TDS, ROC
Advanced skills in MS Excel and audit/financial analysis tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
