Audit Team Lead

You will be part of a dynamic team at CohnReznick delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients in the CHAMP sectors, which include Consumer, Hospitality, and Manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include executing audit engagements, performing risk assessments, analyzing financial statements for compliance, identifying audit issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the development of junior staff. Additionally, you will need to stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes. Key Responsibilities: - Execute audit engagements from planning to completion for clients in the consumer, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors. - Perform risk assessments and develop audit programs tailored to client needs. - Analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory standards. - Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to senior team members and clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated advisory and assurance solutions. - Assist in the development of junior staff through coaching and mentoring. - Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field. - CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam preferred. - 5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in audit. - Strong understanding of audit methodologies and accounting principles. - Experience with CHAMP industries is a plus. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.,
