Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor and report on variances between actuals and budgeted figures. Financial Analysis: Provide insights into financial performance by analysing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Internal Controls: Ensure proper internal controls are in place for all financial processes, minimizing the risk of errors or fraud. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and assist with managing cash resources efficiently. Audit Preparation: Support external auditors during audits, providing required documentation and explanations. General Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties within the finance department, such as maintaining financial records and preparing necessary documents for management. DEPARTMENTAL STRUCTURE Position reporting to (Designation / Level): AM/Manager Finance QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED CA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (Minimum to Maximum) 2 - 5 Years prior experience in similar role. FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUIRED Functional / Technical Skills (E.g.: Financial Accounting, Data Analytics, Content Writing, IT etc.) Knowledge of tax regulations and corporate tax processes. Experience with financial reporting in a multinational organization. Behavioral Skills (E.g.: Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Team Management skills etc.) Good communication skills Attention to Detail Quick learner Data Presentation skills Time Management AGE GROUP PREFERRED 25 to 30 years
