We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management.

Responsibilities

Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Prepare and present proposals to clients based on their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
