Computer & Laptop Hardware Technicians
You are invited to join our team at Nivano Digital Technologies in Calicut as a Computer, Laptop, and CCTV Technician. We are looking for individuals with experience and dedication in diagnosing and repairing computer and laptop hardware/software issues, along with installing and maintaining CCTV surveillance systems. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop hardware/software issues, installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems. Additionally, you will conduct periodic maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, install networking equipment and cabling for surveillance systems, maintain service records, provide updates on job completion, offer on-site support to customers in Calicut, and assist in setting up IT products such as printers and networking devices. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of CCTV brands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, the ability to diagnose and fix hardware and software-related issues, familiarity with networking basics, cabling, and IP configuration, willingness to travel locally for on-site support, good communication, and customer service skills. An ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or a related field is preferred.
