Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Audit Planning

o Develop comprehensive audit plans based on risk assessments and regulatory requirements.

o Define audit objectives, scope, and methodologies.

2. Team Management

o Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance, training, and feedback.

o Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of audits.

3. Audit Execution

o Conduct audits of financial statements, internal controls, operational processes, and compliance procedures.

o Internal audit procedures and compliances.

o Perform detailed testing and analysis to assess control effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

4. Communication

o Present audit findings, recommendations, and observations to senior management, audit committees, and stakeholders.

o Prepare clear and concise audit reports documenting results and proposed actions.

5. Regulatory Compliance

o Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

o Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

6. Quality Assurance

o Review audit workpapers, documentation, and reports for accuracy and completeness.

o Implement quality control procedures to uphold professional standards.

7. Client Relationships

o Build and maintain strong client relationships.

o Address concerns, provide insights, and identify opportunities to expand audit services.

8. Continuous Improvement

o Enhance audit methodologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and quality.

o Engage in professional development to stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

· 4–5 years of proven auditing experience in a managerial or supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

· Effective leadership and team management capabilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
