Develop audit programs, checklists, and detailed reports on findings and corrective actions. Monitor supplier performance through scorecards (delivery, cost, NPD, RFQs, compliance). Drive root cause analysis , implement CAPA, and contribute to continual improvement initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and suppliers to uphold the highest standards. Maintain QMS documentation including SOPs, forms, procedures, and manuals. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, IATF , and other applicable standards. 🎓 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 3- 4 years of relevant experience in quality management and auditing . Working knowledge of core manufacturing processes (Casting, Forging, Heat Treatment, Machining, Fabrication). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
