Audit Engineer

As an Audit Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve identifying process inefficiencies, assessing risks, and recommending corrective and preventive actions to support continuous improvement and maintain certification standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. - Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across departments, processes, and projects. - Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.) and company policies. - Prepare audit checklists, collect and analyze data, and document findings. - Identify non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Support external audits by certification bodies and clients. - Maintain and update audit documentation, reports, and follow-up records. - Assist in developing and improving audit methodologies and tools. - Participate in risk assessments and quality improvement initiatives. - Provide training and awareness on audit and compliance requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline. - 4+ years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, or compliance, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries. Skills and Competencies: - Strong understanding of quality management systems and audit procedures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in documentation, reporting, and root cause analysis. - Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination. - Attention to detail and high ethical standards. - Proficiency in MS Office and audit management tools.
