You're a hands-on operations professional with a deep appreciation for Indian culture and spirituality. You're great with people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love streamlining systems. Most importantly, you know how to onboard, support, and build relationships with service providers—especially astrologers.

Key Responsibilities

Astrologer Onboarding & Recruitment

• Source, screen, and onboard qualified astrologers to the Vama platform
• Ensure all astrologers meet quality standards and are aligned with Vama’s spiritual values

Training & Enablement

• Conduct training sessions to familiarize astrologers with Vama’s platform, tools, and service expectations
• Create training materials like guides, FAQs, and walkthroughs

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

• Track astrologer performance via customer feedback, ratings, and usage metrics
• Proactively address performance issues through coaching and feedback

Relationship & Community Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for astrologers
• Foster engagement and retention through regular communication and support initiatives

Operations & Process Optimization

• Maintain and improve SOPs for onboarding, support, and operations
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency

Reporting & Insights

• Maintain dashboards and reports on onboarding volume, astrologer engagement, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs
• Share insights with leadership to guide scaling strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years

  of experience in operations, vendor/partner management, customer success, or community management in Astrology, devotional, Spiritual etc companies.
• Data-oriented with comfort using tools like Excel/Google Sheets or dashboards
• Fluency in Hindi and English
