Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support our team at our new outlet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Support in managing and training staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, financial reports, and payroll.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
