Job Description

Drive sales of Fans through institutional channels (real estate projects, schools, hospitals, corporate offices, etc.).
Generate and convert B2B leads from realtors, interior designers, and architects.
Identify, engage and convert bulk buyers in targeted industry verticals.
Conduct regular meetings with realtors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline across territory assigned
Develop strong relationships with key accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Ensure repeat orders and long-term business through excellent service and product support.
Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.
Visit construction sites and ongoing projects to promote product specifications and close deals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain detailed MIS and reporting on business development activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct on-ground promotional activities, exhibitions, and architect meets.
Track competitor activity, pricing, and new market trends. Provide timely feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer needs, competitors, and market conditions.
