Job Profile:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements
Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement programs to enhance learning and retention
Support performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback cycles
Contribute to building a strong employer brand and a positive work environment

Who we are looking for :

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented with a positive mindset
