Asst. HR Manager

As an Assistant HR Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department. From recruitment to compliance with labor laws, your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process to attract top talent. - Maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and oversee employee onboarding programs. - Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations. - Provide guidance and support to employees on HR matters and implement employee engagement strategies. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and mitigate potential HR-related risks. - Implement performance management processes, provide coaching to managers, and identify training needs. - Manage HR data, develop policies and procedures, and oversee HR-related transactions. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 7+ years of HR experience, with a preference for a management role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
