Asst. HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted headhunting to attract high-performing candidates from competitor companies and relevant industries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates through market research, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Map competitor organizations to identify potential candidates for critical roles.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry professionals to create a steady source of referrals.
• Conduct discreet and confidential sourcing while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent gaps and future workforce requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for headhunted profiles, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Keep updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in headhunting or competitor talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, industry forums, etc.).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates from competitor organizations.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• IT, Digital Marketing, Telecom, E-commerce, or B2B Sales sectors.
