Asst. HR Manager

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager – Talent Acquisition (FMCG)

Location: Guwahati

Experience: 7-9 years of experience in PAN India Recruitment

Qualification: MBA in HR or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Hiring

  : Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.

• Sourcing & Screening

  : Use job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to source candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

• Employer Branding

  : Promote the company’s employer brand through digital campaigns, job fairs, and campus engagements.

• Candidate Experience

  : Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.

• Recruitment Metrics

  : Track and report KPIs like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

• ATS Management

  : Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

• Vendor Management

  : Liaise with external recruitment partners and negotiate contracts when needed.

• Compliance

  : Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple roles across functions and geographies
• Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting

Salary Pay:₹35,000 - ₹40,000
