Asst. HR Manager

You will be responsible for addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Your role will also include ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems - Providing guidance to managers and employees on performance management - Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Designing and administering employee benefits packages, including health insurance and retirement plans - Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives - Fostering a positive and productive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives - Managing and utilizing HR information systems to track employee data and generate reports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR strategy, employee engagement, and HRIS management - Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred The company offers a full-time job with benefits such as Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
