Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to potential clients and partners.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts, proposals, and partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new business prospects.
  • Manage sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track progress, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a track record of achieving measurable growth targets.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management across diverse industries.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles to oversee initiatives from conception through execution effectively.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
