Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation
o Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
o Explain technical details in simple terms for non-technical buyers.
2. Product Demonstrations & Presentations
o Showcase product features, benefits, and applications.
o Conduct onsite visits to inspect equipment, take measurements, and advise on installation.
3. Quotation & Proposal Preparation
o Prepare cost estimates, technical datasheets, and detailed proposals.
o Ensure offers meet both technical specifications and budget limits.
4. Customer Relationship Management
o Build trust and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
o Follow up after sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
5. Market Development
o Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
o Work with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
o Provide feedback from customers to improve products or services.
