Key Responsibilities Market Research & Analysis Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential clients. Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform data-driven growth strategies. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective clients. Address client inquiries promptly, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular client visits to reinforce relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Proposal Development Assist in drafting business proposals, presentations, and pitches according to client needs. Work with the Business Development Manager to customize proposals for maximum effectiveness. Sales Support & Strategy Assist in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance business growth. Collaboration & Coordination Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to align business development efforts. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and opportunities. Networking & Industry Engagement Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Expand professional networks to generate leads and develop strategic partnerships. Ad Hoc Tasks and Responsibilities Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed. Adapt to and comply with policies and instructions provided for ad hoc duties. Show flexibility and commitment to handling extra responsibilities when required.
