Graphic Designer

Job Summary The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that reflect the brand's identity and align with marketing objectives. This role requires expertise in design principles, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging content across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Design Creation o Develop creative designs for platforms such as social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and print materials. o Create logos, banners, infographics, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral. o Design user-friendly layouts for websites, applications, and digital platforms. 2. Brand Consistency o Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s visual identity, guidelines, and messaging. o Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand image across channels. 3. Collaboration & Communication o Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project needs. o Present design concepts and incorporate feedback to meet objectives. 4. Project Management o Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. o Organize and maintain design files, assets, and archives for future use. 5. Innovation & Trends o Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. o Experiment with new styles and techniques to boost creativity and effectiveness. 6. Print & Digital Preparation o Prepare print-ready files and ensure designs meet technical production specifications. o Optimize digital designs for various platforms, considering resolution, format, and file size.
