Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Associates to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
Assist in planning and executing events and promotions.
