Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Technical Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, and aligning deliverables with business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background (preferably in MERN stack or related technologies) who has strong organizational and leadership skills and aspires to grow into a Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring technical projects across the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and report project status to senior management.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Support resource allocation and workload management for project teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate team meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align on deliverables.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project roadmaps, dashboards, and reports.
• Encourage collaboration and problem-solving within the team to achieve project goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or other modern development technologies.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Certification in project management (CAPM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a developer (full-stack or front-end/back-end).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of UX/UI concepts and collaboration with design teams.
• Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
• Exposure to client communication and handling external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
