Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Associate Technical Consultant to join our ERP practice. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Epicor Kinetic ERP , with a focus on developing customizations, creating dashboards, and working with Epicor’s tools and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customizations in Epicor Kinetic ERP to meet business requirements Create and optimize BAQs (Business Activity Queries) for reporting and analytics Design and maintain BPMs (Business Process Management workflows) for business automation Build and deploy SSRS Reports for operational and management use Design and configure Epicor Dashboards for real-time visibility and user productivity Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather technical requirements Participate in testing, deployment, and support of developed solutions Provide technical documentation and support for deployed customizations Requirements: 1–3 years of technical experience with Epicor ERP , preferably Epicor Kinetic Strong understanding of BAQ, BPM, SSRS, and Dashboard development Familiarity with C#, SQL Server , and Epicor’s customization tools Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication and documentation abilities Show more Show less
