Title: Associate Team Lead - Global Master Data Role Summary/Purpose Global Data Management as a function has the objective to achieve one version of data in core business systems and applications, enabling correct transactional processes and analytics, resulting in the use of information as an asset valued for the Company. Data in scope of the function includes reference data, master data, content, analytic data, social data, big data, their definitions, governance processes, metrics, lifecycle, and technology. The scope of data management depends on the Company’s strategy and what is assessed and considered a key priority to achieve the desired business outcome. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management : Lead and mentor a team of GDM Analysts, providing guidance and support in their roles. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload is balanced and deadlines are met. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering their professional development. Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for the team. Validate and ensure that all master data is accurate, complete, and fully approved during the lifecycle, in accordance with external and internal standards. Release/Reject requests and provide feedback on decisions. Monitor data processes to ensure compliance with process cycle times and related performance measures and KPIs. Monitor performance indicators/metrics for data within their span of responsibility and regularly report the status to the supervisor and management. Analyze data in the systems to support business functions when requested. Support in issue resolution and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues. Prepare and generate data quality reports and analysis. Plan and execute data cleansing initiatives. Participate in and lead related projects. Ensure internal control and SOX rules are followed along the GDM governance process. Develop and maintain Data Management related documentation (procedures, policies, end-user manuals, training materials, etc.). Identify improvements to Data Management governance processes, tools, or systems and work on their implementation when approved. Participate in audits, cooperate with internal and external auditors, providing them required information. Analyze data in the systems as a part of gap-fit analysis and/or Data Management standardization projects, identify the use of certain data elements, attribute fields, propose standardized values, and work on their implementation. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree minimum. Experience with Master Data Tool Working knowledge of Machine Learning/Automation tools. SAP S4 Knowledge 3+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role. Proficient in Reporting and/or Budgeting.
