Job Description

Manage daily contract/order entry and issuance to meet Global KPIs across all value chains.
Handle and resolve critical issues, proposing solutions and monitoring status updates for reporting to TL/Manager.
Ensure SOPs are followed, compliance checks are in place, and quality checks are managed.
Allocate work and handle complex queries, performing root cause analysis to resolve current issues and proactively avert potential future issues.
Identify and propose process improvement opportunities based on industry-leading practices.
Collaborate with others, communicate effectively, and take initiative to continually develop themselves.
Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while managing work under pressure.
Ensure timely submission of daily status updates and reports to the TL/Ass. Manager.
Conduct close coordination with the team to ensure smooth closure of month-end activities.
Manage exceptions, perform root cause analysis, and act proactively to prevent future issues.
