JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Supports workplace diversity
Familiarity with relevant employment Law
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
1-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Minimum 6 Month experience recruiting in relevant industry environment.
