Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for
Non-IT positions
(e.g., Banking, BPO, etc.).
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and track candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

Prior experience in
Banking, BPO, or IT recruitment
preferred .
Basic understanding of
Non-IT job roles
and recruitment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
