Role & responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media.
  • Should be comfortable using

    Naukri.com and other job portals

    for recruitment.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on role fit.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or video interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer rollouts and follow up on joining formalities.
  • Build and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Coordinate with clients or department heads for hiring updates.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.
  • Support employer branding, campus drives, and onboarding activities.
