Job Description:

We are hiring Associate Software Developers to join our dynamic team. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who have a strong interest in full-stack software development. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of web and software applications
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior developers
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design
• Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database design
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Willingness to work in a team and learn new tools and technologies

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Bootstrap
• Hands-on with Git, Postman, REST APIs
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Batch Preference: 2022, 2023, and 2024 pass-outs preferred
