Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Relationship Manager based in Jaipur. Key responsibilities include managing and deepening customer relationships, understanding customer banking needs, and cross-selling banking products and services. The role requires identifying business opportunities, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The Associate Relationship Manager will also contribute to achieving branch targets and will actively participate in compliance and risk management processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer relationship management, interpersonal communication, and client service
• Knowledge of banking products and services such as retail, MSME, corporate banking, and trade finance
• Sales and business development skills to achieve and exceed targets
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance adherence
• Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in using banking software, digital tools, and mobile banking applications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA is preferable
• Prior experience in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
