Associate Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Business Sourcing & Acquisition

• Source LAP business through

  direct channels, DSA/connector network, and open market activities

  .
• Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful disbursements.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and focus on increasing the LAP portfolio.
  

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable LAP products.
  
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate references and repeat business.
  
• Provide timely updates and ensure superior customer experience.
  

3. Credit & Documentation

• Collect all required KYC, financials, property documents, and application forms.
  
• Coordinate with the credit team for file login, processing, and sanction.
  
• Ensure proper documentation, adherence to policy norms, and compliance.
  

4. Portfolio Management

• Follow up on post-disbursement documents and compliance.
  
• Monitor portfolio quality and support in early delinquency control.
  
• Ensure high conversion rates from login to sanction and sanction to disbursement.
  

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with operations, legal, technical, valuation, and credit teams for faster TAT.
  
• Submit daily sales reports, productivity metrics, and market feedback.
  
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of

  LAP products

  , mortgage processes, and property assessment.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with strong market connect.
  
• Basic financial analysis and documentation knowledge.
  
• Target-oriented mindset with high ownership.
  
• Graduate/Post-Graduate (Preferred: Finance/Commerce).
  

• 13 years of experience

  in LAP, Home Loan, Mortgage, or secured lending sales.
• Freshers with strong field sales capability may also be considered depending on company norms.
