Job Description

focuses on customer acquisition, relationship building (especially in rural areas), and loan lifecycle management (sanction to disbursement), driving LAP business in assigned territories, handling lead gen, customer handholding, and helping with collections

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition & Sales:

    Identify new LAP customers, generate leads, achieve booking targets, and cross-sell other products.
  • Customer Relationship:

    Deepen relationships in rural markets, map household needs, ensure great service, and manage the end-to-end loan process (login to disbursement).
  • Loan Lifecycle:

    Complete documentation, provide customer counseling, conduct post-disbursement checks, and assist with EMI collections.
  • Market Engagement:

    Build networks with local builders and businesses to drive mortgage penetration.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Any graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech, etc.).
  • Experience:

    0-2 years in sales, NBFCs, or banking, ideally with experience in home loans/LAP or rural banking.
  • Skills:

    Strong sales, communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills; results-oriented.
