Job Description
Join our growing engineering team as an Associate QA Engineer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about software testing, automation, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with developers and QA leads to design and execute test plans, track defects, and contribute to the overall success of our engineering initiatives. Your insights and proactive feedback will help prevent issues early in the development lifecycle and ensure our applications meet the highest standards.

Developing and executing manual & automation test scripts.
- Tracking and logging defects during execution.
- Generating reports such as defect analysis report, project status report, etc.
- Provide proactive advice and feedback throughout the software testing lifecycle for prevention and early correction of quality problem.
- Work with the Engineering Department’s processes and tools ensuring best practices are adhered to on every project
- Collaborate with developers to define deliverables and meet project timelines
- Design, implement, and support scalable web applications using ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server, and JavaScript
- Database concepts – RDBMS/SQL/NOSQL
- Follow engineering best practices and contribute to process improvements
- Support continuous integration and deployment workflows
- Utilize performance and debugging tools to monitor and optimize applications

6+ months of hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript in a commercial setting
- Exposure to QA methodologies including unit testing, test planning, and release cycles
- Familiarity with tools like Selenium, SOAP UI, or JMeter
- Understanding of software development life cycles, especially Waterfall or Agile
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative engineering environment
